Edmonds Pier King Salmon

We have had some king salmon action on the Edmonds Pier this past week. There were a number of kings landed in the mid teens. This is the only opportunity in Marine Area 9 to fish salmon at the present time. Though fishing is not hot by any means, at least it gives a guy a place to go and limber up his casting arm. Those that put in the time are eventually rewarded.

The normal presentention is casting lead minnows in the 1 1/2 - 2/12 ounce range such as Point Wilson Darts, Gibbs Minnows, Mega Baits or Crippled Herring in pearl white, pearl green or silver/black colors. Make sure to change out to a single barbless hook from the factory trebles.

If you need any more information stop on by and we'll be more than happy to fill you in.
