Puget Sound Squidding Going Well

Squidding continues to be quite good though many have given it up with the weather that we have had recently. We have seen a few slower periods in some areas due to the intrusion of the fresh water from the rivers during the high water events. When this occurs the fresh water chages thes salinity of many of the harbor areas and mucks up the clarity. When this occurs it dues take awhile for the squidding to get back to normal. Typically we should see good squidding until the middle of January.

We still have good numbers of squid jigs on hand. We have a great selection of styles, colors and weights. Take a look at the photos we have included with this report to get an idea of styles.
