Saltwater Pink Salmon Fishing

No matter if you are an angler that is fishing the beaches or a boat angler trolling the waters of Puget Sound the word on the street is that the pink salmon are here!

The pinks have been showing up for the past few weeks and have been showing up in some fairly good numbers. But without a doubt they are really here now with most anglers doing fairly well. We have heard good reports from the beaches of Whidbey Island the past few days as well as fish caught at Alki, Seacrest and Dash Point from the shore bound anglers. The boat anglers have had good numbers of fish coming from various places here in Puget Sound. We had some good reports coming from Satchet Head today with both pinks and good numbers of resident coho landed. We have also been seeing a few early returning ocean coho in the catches, though they are not here in good numbers.

We are just into the start of the pink season and should see good fishing into mid September with Coho numbers increasing toward the end of this month and continueing into mid October.

No matter how you fish for them Ted''s has everything you will be needing for this seasons pink and Coho fisheries no matter how you go about it.
