Skagit River Sockeye - Reports - Wednesday June 18th

We have had better reports coming from the Skagit river the past few days with fish becoming more numerous the past few days. This popular fishery was very slow over this past weekend with only a few fish being caught. In speaking with Mike Morgan who is Ted's bait supplier (and lives very close to the river) has seen and heard of better fishing from the regular fishermen. With the tides becoming softer as the week goes on the numbers of fish entering the river should just continue to increase.

We have lots of fresh sandshrimp, wing bobbers and lots of leads on hand for those wanting to fish. If you are not familiar with this fishery, stop by and we'll be glad to show you how to rig for these tasty sockeye.
