Skykomish Winter Steelhead - Wednesday 27 November

Though the winter steelheading isn't on fire by any means there are at least enough fish in the Skykomish that one does have a chance of catching one over this Thanksgiving holiday.  There are fish throughout the Sky at the present time as we have seen them being caught from the lower river below Monroe all the way to the hatchery at Reiter ponds.  The fish that we have seen are typical hatchery fish in the 4 - 8 pound range.

We will have fresh sand shrimp in a little latter today for you that would like to have some for those of you that traditionally fish on Thanksgiving morning before the big meal.
